Return and Exchange Policy

Matters needing attention:
1. The external packaging of the goods is intact (including package fillers and packing boxes or bags), and the accessories, instructions, warranty and labels of the goods are complete. The goods are kept as they were when they were sold.
2. Indicate the reasons for returning and exchanging goods. If there are quality problems in the goods, be sure to specify them.
3. If the goods are returned, the invoiced goods need to be returned at the same time.
4. Provide invoices or postal parcels at the post office.
Return and exchange services will not be provided in the following circumstances:
